PMP® - Project Management Professional Certification
Four easy steps:
1 - Become a member of PMI - www.pmi.org
2 - Apply on-line at PMI for exam eligibility
3 - Take the ProPM-P© Course (download the description here)
4 - Sit the exam and PASS
To be eligible to take the exam, you must prove that you fulfil the
following criteria:
Category 1:
- Baccalaureat or equivalent University Degree
- Min. 4,500 hours of experience (2.5-3 years) in projects within the 5 process groups within the last 8 years
- Min. 3 years of project experience
- Min. 35 hours of Project Management training (ProPM-P© fulfills this criteria)
Category 2:
- High school diploma or equivalent secondary school credential
- Min. 7,500 hours of experience (4.5-5 years) in projects within the 5 process groups within the last 8 years
- Min. 5 years of project experience
- Min. 35 hours of Project Management training (ProPM-P© fulfills this criteria)

CAPM® - Certified Associate in Project Management Certification
This certificate is for project team members, new Project Managers and graduate and undergraduate students who wish to show that they master the processes, methodologies, tools and techniques of Project Management.
