INTERNET CLASSROOMS FOR YOUR COURSES

In this climate of cost saving, one area that should be carefully invested in is training your employees and collleagues to become more efficient and effective in their work.

The problem is of course that budgets may be cut. So, how to invest in training?

We propose our internet-based live classroom training.

It avoids travel costs (for the trainer and the participants), keeps people in their normal workplace, and takes just 3 hours at a time from their normal schedule over a period of 2-3 weeks.

It is highly efficient and effective, and reduces the cost of training to a minimum whilst keeping the high level of quality that you expect

Description

With Internet Classroom training, we hold real, live training courses with an experienced, live trainer, and up to 14 participants. The difference is that the course is held in a virtual classroom environment over the internet.

People find that it takes 15-20 minutes to become used to the virtual environment, and it then feels like a normal classroom. They all see the same slides and white board. They can talk, discuss, break into separate rooms for exercises, draw, laugh, clap, raise their hands and interact, just like in a normal classroom.

Methods

We use the CENTRA Liveplace platform. The participants download a stand-alone program onto their PC, and log on to the course on-line. If a participant is unable to join a session or simply wants to re-run a session, they can download the session onto their PC and play it back as often as they wish.

-          Each participant is at their normal work -desk
-          Only 3 hour sessions, so participants are more present at work
-          Recorded sessions so participants can review the sessions afterwards

- Recorded sessions, so if a participant misses a session, they can review it in their own time

-          Can only dedicate small periods of time for training
-          Wishes to avoid travelling to a training course
-          Is pressed for time
-          May miss a session due to other priorities
-          Wishes to be able to repeat the course in their own time

Courses

All of our courses, except "Presentation Skills" and "Facilitating Meetings and Workshops" can be held in the Internet Classroom.
